My name is Dr. Sharon Apopa. Welcome to our holistic experience. Currently, we are assisting governments, organizations, schools and churches with Change Management, Policies & Procedures Updates, Building Workplace Morale and Work-Life Balance.

We have seen through our research the impact of stress on WorkLife, family and internal values and achievements. 

We are cognizant that all are impacted by their various personal circumstances and experiences.

Dr. Sharon Apopa has worked in the field of Behavioral Health for over 40 years. Her awards for outstanding performance in the field of Social Work include:

Bermuda Social Worker of the Year 2007

International Who’s Who 2003-04

Bermuda Who’s Who 2000, 2003, 2005

Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute Manager of the Year 2000

As the Executive Director of Mid-Atlantic Wellness institute, she oversaw a staff of 350 plus employees.

As the clinical director of the Women’s Resource Center, she provides individual services to women dealing with trauma and work-related stress. Dr. Apopa is no stranger to work related stress and issues of vicarious trauma. In 2015 she had a personal experience with burnout that increased her sensitivity to support her staff and colleagues in the Helping Professions.

Dr. Apopa is the co-founder of Twin Ministries, a platform, she uses to provide community services utilizing her theo-bio-psycho-social model of care.
